![]() That A: I spent almost $1,000 on a year membership that I wont be using even half of because I cant handle getting tangled up in someone else's dirty hair anymore, and B: this is something that used to be so fun for my family that isn't an option anymore due to the drastic change in health & cleanliness standards.Necessary cookies are absolutely essential for the website to function properly. Mostly around the table area meant for families to eat with there kids.Īfter getting this bit of information from the staff, and getting the idea that most of them wont even go in the water because its so gross, I'm bummed. They used carpet to cover the floors of the indoor pool, which they have also never cleaned, and there is now large areas of black mold speckled everywhere. We counted 15 large hairballs in the pool last time we were there. SO, because of this, you will get large chunks of someone else's hair caught in your fingers and toes every couple minutes. Guys, they are completely clogged & covered in mildew & old hair balls. The drain traps on the outside of the pools which are meant to trap all debris have also never been cleaned. ![]() And that pee is just recycling through the pools over and over again for 2 years. So think about all the families with little kids going to the bathroom in the water (because lets face it, that's just what kids do). Apparently they used to drain it and clean it once a year, but his year due to Covid they opted out of cleaning it (Im sorry, but how does that make any sense?) Having watched its overall cleanliness go downhill I finally spoke up and asked a few different staff members what was the cleaning schedule like and how often is this done. I live locally and was excited to become a member here, as this is one of the main things for our family to do in the winter. They spent all this money on a renovation, and they've let it just go to sh%*. □ĭon’t give this place your hard earned money, and CERTAINLY don’t plan a special event here.Ībsolutely a shame how downhill this place has gone. Oh, and by the way, we met a woman in the outdoor pool who “dropped in” for the day. The suite we booked was over $400 for one night and we got the same service we may have gotten at a motel six. There was no effort to make any acknowledgment of my daughters birthday, and in general there was really no extra effort at making our stay special in any way. We had to call/text and cancel 15 people that had planned for over a month to come (from HELENA) to my daughters birthday. *sidebar I also had the craziest convo with a restaurant hostess while trying to make a reservation for a special dinner □ This person has obviously never had customer service training he was horrible to me and never even attempted to apologize. Even tho I had spoken to the front desk MANAGER a month earlier and was given misinformation - which was documented in their computer system) (Even though there is no mention that they don’t take day passes on the front page of their website, no info on any pictures of the home page or anywhere on the reservation page. The day we were to arrive the general manager called me and said under no circumstances could they make an exception and allow people to come in for a day pass!?!? I was literally holding back tears on the phone and he actually reprimanded me for not making a more informed reservation. I was told by the front desk manager that all they needed was to know how many wristbands we would need. I called immediately after I made the reservation to inquire about how the desk staff handled people that would come in to join us for the party. I booked a reservation for two nights with the intention of holding my daughter‘s 10th birthday there. However, as a local, I would not support this business again and NEVER recommend to any friends. Terrible management and customer service.
